Harrow Road's temporary Covid lanes are being made permanent, with some 'improvements for walking and cycling'. The improvements include lots more double yellow lines and 24/7 restrictions on loading, and wands being added to some of the existing cycle lanes. This should deliver some improvements for cycling, so long as the parking restrictions are enforced.
